So this band last night at Acoustic Soda. First visit; first time hearing them. Some friends recommended them. Some members, I think, are from another klezmer band, Gypsy Klezmer Orchestra. It was a pleasant space, and the music was enjoyable. My exposure to klezmer is limited to a couple of albums I’ve not listened to in years, as well a klezmer show or two (years ago, as well). It struck me as ‘smooth klezmer’, and this may only be because there was no accordion.
